Nextorex provides cloud-based business management software that may include CRM, POS, inventory management, sales, purchasing, accounting, billing, reporting, and other business tools.

You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed through your account and authorized users.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining your account.

You are responsible for managing users, permissions, business information, and other data entered into your Nextorex account.

Some Nextorex features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing periods, usage limits, and included features are displayed when you select or purchase a plan.

Subscriptions may be billed monthly, annually, or according to the billing cycle shown at checkout.

Failure to complete a required payment may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of paid Services.

You must not use Nextorex to:

• Conduct illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account, tenant, system, or network.
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful content.
• Interfere with or intentionally disrupt the operation or security of the Services.
• Copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the software except where expressly authorized by Nextorex or applicable law.

You retain ownership of the business data and content you submit to Nextorex.

You grant Nextorex the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up, and otherwise handle that data for the purpose of providing and securing the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to collect and process information you enter into Nextorex.

We work to maintain reliable access to Nextorex, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure issues, security requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

Nextorex and its software, branding, designs, technology, and related materials are owned by Nextorex or its licensors. Using the Services does not transfer ownership of these materials to you.

Nextorex may integrate with third-party service providers, communication providers, APIs, or other services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Nextorex is not responsible for outages, restrictions, or actions caused solely by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

We may suspend or terminate access where an account violates these Terms, creates a security risk, engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or fails to pay applicable fees.

You may stop using the Services or cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options available for your plan.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nextorex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms as our Services or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
