What is NEXTOREx?
A system to manage sales, stock, purchases, customers and accounts in one place. It also lets agencies offer it under their own brand and manage several client businesses.
Who is it for?
Shops, wholesalers, distributors, garment and electronics businesses, small manufacturers, and agencies or software companies who want to offer it to their own clients.
Does NEXTOREx also work for schools?
Yes. NEXTOREx Education is a separate application for schools and academies: students, fees, attendance, staff and more. It has its own three packages. See the Education page.
Can I use more than one application?
Yes. ERP / POS, CRM and Education are separate applications that you can combine in one account. Each has its own plan. Contact us and we will advise on the combination that fits.
Is there a free trial?
No. Book a demo or message us on WhatsApp and we will show you the system first.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in your web browser. You only need an internet connection.
Plans and pricing
What are the plans?
Starter, Business, Pro and Agency. Starter is PKR 3,990 per month, Business PKR 6,990, Pro PKR 11,990 and Agency PKR 29,990. Yearly and USD prices are on the pricing page.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly is a separate price, usually lower than twelve monthly payments.
How many staff can use it?
Starter 3, Business 10, Pro 25 and Agency 50.
Which plan includes accounting?
Business and above include bank and cash accounts, full accounting and advanced reports.
Product
Does it manage more than one warehouse?
Yes. Stock is tracked per warehouse with a total across all.
Can I sell on credit?
Yes. Customers have running balances and statements.
What is Basic Manufacturing?
Recipes (Bill of Materials) and production orders that use up materials and add finished goods to stock. It is included in Pro and Agency. It is not a scheduling or planning system.
What does the CRM do?
It keeps leads, deals, notes, follow-up tasks and appointments in one place, with a sales pipeline, and lets you assign leads to team members. It is its own application, available as CRM Basic (no ERP or POS).
White Label and reseller
What is White Label?
You offer the software under your own logo, brand and domain. It is included in the Agency plan.
How many client businesses can I manage?
Up to 10 on the Agency plan.
How many custom domains?
The Agency plan includes 1.
Data and support
Is my data separate from other businesses?
Yes. Each business has its own records and cannot see another business’s data.
