How we keep your business data separate and controlled
This page describes how the product is built to protect your data. We do not claim any security certification, and we will not list one until we hold it.
Each business is separate
Every business account has its own records. Another business, including another client of the same agency, cannot see them.
You decide who can do what
Staff get their own logins, and you choose which screens and actions each person has. Sensitive actions, such as changing a price at the counter, can be limited to chosen people.
Records are kept, not rewritten
Stock movements and accounting entries are append-only. Mistakes are corrected with a reversing entry, so there is a trail of what happened.
Keeping your account safe
- Use a strong password and give each staff member only the access they need.
- No system is risk-free, so tell us straight away if you suspect a problem with your account.
