Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Nextorex subscription at any time through the available account/subscription controls or by contacting support.

Unless otherwise stated for your specific plan, cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Your existing subscription may remain available until the end of the already-paid billing period.

Because Nextorex provides digital SaaS services and access may become available immediately after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once the paid service has been activated or used.

However, we may consider a refund request where:

• You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
• An incorrect amount was charged because of a verified billing error.
• Payment was successfully collected but the purchased service could not be activated due to an issue attributable to Nextorex.
• A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

Refunds are generally not provided simply because you change your mind, no longer need the Service, fail to use the subscription, or forget to cancel before a renewal.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise, we do not provide prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods.

Fees charged directly by third-party providers are subject to the respective provider's refund and cancellation policies.

Please include your account email, transaction or invoice reference, payment date, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card network, and country.

Nextorex reserves the right to reject refund requests involving suspected fraud, abuse, repeated refund misuse, or violations of the Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.
